1. One-time consultation – €80,-

Includes:

  • A 60-minute session

 

During this consultation, we’ll:

  • Briefly assess your current diet and explore small changes you can make

  • I’ll also give you practical tips you can start using right away!

2. Guidance package – €350,-

Includes:

  • 1 intake session (60 minutes)

  • 4 follow-up sessions (60 minutes each)

 

In this program, we’ll explore:

  • Your current eating habits and what better suits your body

  • A bit of root-cause exploration behind your symptoms

  • Attention to inflammation, pain, or other conditions

  • Stress reduction, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation

  • More mental calm through mindfulness exercises

  • Mental support in overcoming limiting beliefs

  • And most importantly: positive encouragement and practical tools to stay on track!
