Article 1: Definitions

Within these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"), the following definitions apply:

• Natural Healthy Living Coach (NHLC):
  Petra Jongsma – Natural Healthy Living coach/consultant/guide.
• Client:
  The individual receiving advice or guidance from the NHLC.
• Practice Address:
  The location where consultations with Petra Jongsma are held:
  Spijkerboorsdijk 9, Annen, the Netherlands.

Article 2: General

Petra Jongsma provides consultations to clients at the designated practice address, unless otherwise agreed. Clients will be informed immediately of any changes to the consultation location.

Article 3: Confidentiality

Client information will not be shared with third parties without the client's explicit consent.

Article 4: Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, Petra Jongsma reserves the right to charge the full consultation fee.

Article 5: Fees

Before starting any services, Petra Jongsma will inform the client, either verbally or in writing, of the applicable fees.
Fees are inclusive of VAT for private clients and exclusive of VAT for business clients.
Petra Jongsma reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of unforeseen cost increases. Clients will be informed in advance. Annual price adjustments may occur each January.

Article 6: Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full in advance by bank transfer to the account number provided by Petra Jongsma. For program packages, the total amount must be paid in one installment, unless a payment plan has been mutually agreed upon.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to advice, plans, documents, images, and any associated knowledge or know-how developed by Petra Jongsma remain her exclusive property, even if costs were charged or if improvements were made at the client's request.
These materials may not be copied (in whole or in part), shared, or made public without Petra Jongsma’s written permission, except for personal use by the client. They may not be transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than originally intended.

Article 8: Inability to Perform

Petra Jongsma reserves the right to suspend consultations or services due to circumstances beyond her control (e.g., illness or force majeure).
If fulfillment becomes permanently impossible, the agreement may be dissolved in part or in full, without either party being entitled to compensation for any resulting damages.

Article 9: Liability

The advice provided by Petra Jongsma is intended to support clients in improving their well-being but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Petra Jongsma is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of her advice unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
She is also not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client regarding their health.

Article 10: Your Data

Petra Jongsma will never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.
