Hello, I’m Petra!

Hello, I’m Petra — a holistic health and lifestyle coach. I’m here to gently guide and support people who want to feel better in their bodies and minds, and who are ready to explore how small, natural changes in daily life can lead to lasting improvements in health and well-being.

Many of us try to live healthily, but it’s easy to feel overwhelmed — especially with so much conflicting advice and hidden ingredients in our food. I help you take a kind, curious look at your habits, and together we build a plan that works for you — not through strict diets or rigid rules, but through gradual, realistic changes that nourish and support your body.

My approach is fully personalized. We look at sleep, stress, digestion, energy levels, movement, and your relationship with food. I believe that every body is different, and that true health begins with understanding your own needs — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I often hear people say, “I guess that’s just how it is now — I’m getting older.” But I believe that many symptoms we accept as “normal” can be eased or even reversed with the right support. The body has a remarkable capacity to heal when we care for it with real food, regular movement, fresh air, rest, and natural rhythms.

It’s important to know: I’m not a doctor, and I don’t offer medical diagnoses or treatments. I deeply respect the medical profession and believe that natural health and conventional medicine can absolutely complement each other. My role is not to replace your doctor, but to walk alongside you — offering a holistic, supportive approach that can strengthen your overall health and help you get the most from any medical care you receive.

I believe in the power of natural choices, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, regain confidence in your health, and feel more empowered in your everyday life.
